Includes filter and AI searches, search alerts, basic analytics, property importer, and chat (coming soon). Limit: up to 3 active listings and 5 created in total. No cost, no expiration.
The Free plan is ideal if you're just starting out or list only a few properties.

Plus plan (₡9,500/month) — to grow
Includes everything in the Free plan plus: listing organizer, advanced analytics (coming soon), and 1 featured post per month. Limit: up to 10 active listings and 20 created. First 3 months free.
With 3 months free you can try Plus without commitment. Cancel whenever you want.

Pro plan (₡19,500/month) — for professionals
Includes everything in Plus plus: up to 50 active listings, up to 100 created, 3 featured posts per month, featured agent badge, appointment calendar, and potential clients. Coming soon.
