What notifications do you receive for your favorites?
Porta can notify you when a property you saved as a favorite has important changes: a price drop, a status change (sold/rented), or an information update.
These notifications are sent to the email registered in your account.

Enable notifications for a favorite property
When you save a property as a favorite, you can enable tracking from the detail view. Look for the "Notify me of changes" option or the bell icon (🔔) next to the heart.
Once enabled, you'll receive an automatic email every time that property changes.
This feature is especially useful for high-priced properties where a price drop can represent a great opportunity.

Manage active notifications
From your favorites list you can see which properties have active notifications (identified by the active bell icon).
To disable a notification, open the property and disable tracking, or use the options menu on the favorite card.

If the property is deleted
If a property in your favorites is deleted by the seller, you'll receive a notification letting you know it's no longer available.
The property will remain in your favorites list marked as "Unavailable" so you have the history.
