Import a property with artificial intelligence

Access the creation form
From the "Post" button in the top bar or from My listings → "New listing".
On the initial screen you'll see two options: fill in the form manually or use AI import.

Select "Import with AI"
Tap the import option. You can enter a URL from another real estate portal or paste a free-text description.
Porta accepts URLs from portals such as Encuentra24, Rentola, AlquilerVentaCR, and Anuntico.

Review the generated fields
The AI will fill in the price, property type, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, description, and approximate location.
Review each field before publishing. You can edit any value that isn't correct.

Adjust the location on the map
The imported location may not be exact. Confirm or adjust the pin to ensure accuracy.

Upload your photos and publish
Add your photos (the AI doesn't import images from other portals due to copyright).
When everything is ready, click "Publish property".
Always verify that the price and data are correct before publishing.
