Residential properties
Porta supports the following residential types: House, Apartment, Condominium, and Room.
These are the most common types. Room applies only for rental listings.

Commercial and special properties
You can also list: Land, Commercial space, Office, Warehouse, and Farm.
For these types, make sure to select the correct operation (sale or rent) as it affects the search filters.
If your property doesn't fit exactly into any type, choose the closest one and specify it in the description.

Available operations
For each property type you can choose between two operations: Sale or Rent.
This selection is important because buyers and tenants filter by operation type in their searches.

Can you change the type after posting?
Yes. You can edit the property type from 'My listings' → edit listing, at any time.
The change is reflected immediately in search results.
If you change the property type, check that the other fields (bedrooms, area, price) are still correct for the new type.
