Complete guide to advanced filters

From the search screen, tap the "Filters" button in the top bar next to the search field.

A panel will open with all available filter options. You can apply one or several filters at the same time.

Select the property type: House, Apartment, Condominium, Land, Commercial space, Office, Warehouse, Farm, or Room.

Choose the operation type: Sale or Rent. This filter is the most important because it defines the entire search experience.

Set a minimum and maximum price range. You can enter values manually or use the interactive slider.

You can switch between dollars (USD) and colones (CRC) with the currency selector. Values convert automatically.

Filter by number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking spaces. You can choose an exact minimum or a range.

You can also filter by built area (m²) and lot area for properties with land.

Use the area field to search within a specific province, canton, or district in Costa Rica.

You can also combine the area filter with the interactive map to precisely define the zone you're interested in.

Once you've set your filters, tap "Apply" to see the updated results.

To start over, tap "Clear filters". This resets all values without closing the panel.
