Access the sort selector
On the search results screen, you'll find the "Sort by" selector next to the filters in the top bar.
Tap it to display the available sorting options.

Sorting options
Newest: shows the most recently published listings first. Ideal for spotting opportunities just entered on the market.
Oldest: shows the oldest listings first. Useful for seeing properties that have been available for a longer time.
Highest price: from highest to lowest. Useful if you're looking for premium properties or want to explore the top of the market.
Lowest price: from lowest to highest. Ideal when you have a maximum budget or are looking for the most affordable option.
Closest: default order. Shows the properties closest to the active search area first.
If you don't know where to start, leave the order on "Closest" — it's the default and usually gives the most relevant results for your area.

The order stays with your filters
The sort order you choose stays active even when you change filters. You don't have to reselect it every time.
If you want to go back to the default order, select "Closest" in the selector.
Sorting applies to the results of the active filter. If you combine area and price, you'll see the properties in that area sorted by the chosen criteria.

How do featured listings work?
By default, results are ordered by relevance: a blend of distance, how recent the listing is, and whether it is featured. Listings with the "Featured" badge paid (or use their plan) to appear higher for 30 days.
The boost is bounded by design: a nearby or freshly published property can rank above a featured one, and featured listings always show their gold badge — never undisclosed.
If you sort by price, distance, or date, the order is exact: featured listings get no advantage on those criteria.
On the Plus and Pro plans you can feature your own listings from "My listings" (1 and 5 per month respectively).
