Alert frequency and delivery schedule

When creating or editing an alert, you can choose how often you want to receive notifications: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Daily: you receive a summary every day with new properties matching your criteria. Weekly: one email per week. Monthly: one email per month with all matches for that period.

When creating a new alert or editing one from the "Alerts" menu in your profile, you'll find the frequency selector alongside the other criteria.

You can change the frequency at any time — the change takes effect immediately without losing your configured search criteria.

Each email includes a preview of new properties with the main photo, price, location, and a direct link to view them on Porta.

The email subject shows your alert name so you can identify it quickly from your inbox.
