Create multiple alerts for different areas

How many alerts can you create?

Each Porta account can have up to 3 active alerts simultaneously. This lets you cover different areas, property types, or price ranges at the same time.

Create an alert per area

Go to "Alerts" from your profile and click "Create alert". Set the criteria for the first area (for example: houses for sale in Escazú, between $200,000 and $350,000).

Save that alert and repeat the process for each additional area you're interested in.

Name each alert clearly: "Houses Escazú", "Apts Santa Ana", "Land Alajuela". That way you can quickly identify where each notification is coming from.

Combine criteria to refine results

You can create alerts with different criteria for the same property type. For example, one alert for houses with 3+ bedrooms and another for 2-bedroom houses in the same area.

This is useful when you have flexible criteria and don't want to miss any option.

Organize your alerts

From the alerts list you can see the status of each one (active/deactivated), edit them, or delete them. Review them periodically to adjust criteria if the market changes.

If you reach the limit of 3, deactivate or delete alerts that are no longer relevant to free up space.
