How to report a listing

Open the listing you want to report
Go to the property you believe violates Porta's policies (misleading price, incorrect photos, fraud, inappropriate content, etc.).

Find the report option
Inside the listing, scroll to the bottom of the page. There you'll find the "Report" button.

Select the reason for the report
Choose the reason that best describes the problem: incorrect information, photos that don't match, possible fraud, inappropriate content, or property already sold/rented.

Submit the report
You can add an additional comment with more context. Click "Submit report".
Our team will review the report and take action within 48 hours.
Your reports are anonymous. The seller won't know who reported their listing.
