Create an alert from your search

Use the available filters (area, property type, price, bedrooms, etc.) to define exactly what property you're looking for.

Review that the results make sense before saving — what you save is the combination of active filters at that moment.

With the filters configured, tap the "Create alert" button or the bell icon in the search bar.

Porta will save those criteria and notify you when there are new properties that match.

Your active alerts appear in the "Alerts" section within your profile menu.

From there you can see when they were created, how many properties currently match, and what filters are configured.

Tap an alert to see its options. You can modify the criteria, change the notification frequency, or delete it.

If you've already found the property you were looking for, delete the alert to avoid unnecessary notifications.
