Search properties by voice or free text

On the main page or search section, you'll find a microphone icon next to the search field. Tap it to activate voice search.

Describe what you're looking for naturally, for example: "three-bedroom house in Escazú with a pool under 200 thousand dollars".

Porta recognizes Costa Rican Spanish and automatically converts your description into filters.

You can type in the search bar using natural language, without configuring filters manually.

For example: "apartment for rent Santa Ana 2 bedrooms".

After the search, you'll see the filters Porta interpreted. You can manually adjust any filter if something didn't come out right.
